Treat all puzzles, props, and furnishings with care. Deliberate or excessive use of force, causing damage, or tampering with equipment is strictly prohibited.

Safe environment
Smoking, pets, drugs, food, and drinks are not permitted within the escape room. Please dispose of these items appropriately before entering, except the pets, you can keep the pets, just not in the room with you.

Parental supervision
Children under 8 are not permitted to participate.
Children between 16 and 8 must be accompanied by a paying, supervising adult throughout the entire duration of the game.
Financial responsibility: Participants are financially responsible for any malicious use of equipment, theft, or vandalism during their experience.

Privacy and Security

Recording
For security purposes, video surveillance may be in use within and around the premises. You acknowledge and consent to being recorded.

Photo sharing
We may share photos of customers enjoying their experience on our social media platforms. If you do not wish to have your photo shared, please inform our staff before your game.

Booking and Cancellation

Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule your booking once without penalty, subject to availability. We recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds
Refunds are at the sole discretion of TEMPUS Escapes management. You’re more likely to get a refund if you have great manners and ask politely but nothing is guaranteed. I mean, death is a guarantee. But not one that TEMPUS is in any place to enforce.

Additional Considerations

Health conditions
If you have any pre-existing health conditions that could be exacerbated by the physical or mental activity involved in the escape room experience, please disclose them to our staff before entering.

Accessibility
Please inquire about accessibility accommodations if needed. We strive to be inclusive and welcoming to all.

Expected behavior
TEMPUS Escapes has a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, verbal abuse, physical altercations, or any act that could endanger yourself or others. We reserve the right to terminate the game and remove participants who violate these expectations.

Lost and Found
Lost and found items can be claimed by contacting contact@tempusescapes.com. TEMPUS will do its best to get it back to you in a timely manner, unless it’s your sanity. Let’s face it, that’s never coming home.

Disclaimer of Liability

TEMPUS Escapes is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property resulting from:

• Participant negligence or disregard of safety instructions.
• Situations outside of TEMPUS Escapes’ control, such as unforeseeable equipment malfunctions or natural disasters.
• By participating in a TEMPUS Escapes experience, you agree to these terms and conditions.
