How many people can play the Orion V?

Each group needs a minimum of 3 players but up to 8 people can play. We strongly recommend groups of 4-6 based on our playtesting sessions.

Are there age restrictions for the Orion V?

Kids are the best, right? I mean, for some things. For escape rooms, not so much. We ask that you not bring children under the age of 8 (infants in arms are fine). Children under the age of 16 require supervision of an accompanying paid adult.

Are we allowed to bring mobile phones into the rooms?

While you can bring your phone into the room, we encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the experience and avoid using it during the game. It won’t help you solve anything and those Insta DMs can wait.

Will other players be with my group?

Nope! Every TEMPUS Escape room is private meaning you won’t be sharing the space with strangers. It’s just you and your team.

How much time should I set aside for a TEMPUS escape room experience?

You’ll have 60 minutes from the moment your timer starts to escape. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to make sure the game starts on time to avoid delaying any following groups. Late arrivals may lose game time if there are games scheduled immediately after yours.

What kind of abilities are required to participate in a TEMPUS escape room?

No specific skills are required. Our games are designed to test problem-solving, observation, and teamwork skills but do not rely on particular industry or historical knowledge or skills.

Can I exit the room during the game?

Yes, you can. For safety reasons, our rooms are not actually locked. You can leave at any time.

What if we get stuck and need assistance during the game?

Our game moderators are watching and always ready to provide hints and help you out if you’re finding a puzzle particularly challenging. For extra support give us a text at 801-203-0123 .

How can I reserve a game at TEMPUS?

What happens if I'm late for my booking?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. If you’re late, we may have to reduce your game time to avoid delays for other players.

Is the Orion V wheelchair accessible?

We strive to make our games accessible to everyone. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility needs.

Is there a dress code for the escape rooms?

There’s no specific dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move around in easily.

Assessment: The Orion V

In the year 2642, The Orion V was traveling on an interstellar mission with critical biosamples that had the potential to restore significant portions of the land mass where the Amazon Rainforest once thrived. Powerful Terran organizations had strong financial incentives to halt its return and one day communications with the ship were cut en route. The crew vanished but signals indicate that the biosamples are still on board. Your mission is to restore ship power, direct the ship towards Earth, and get those samples home.
